I feel the source of our daily issues are locked in the unconscious.  This Healing Breathwork is a powerful, safe and gentle way to bring them to the surface awareness for release and clearing. This process has matured and been refined since it was developed in the early '70's. Since then it has been practiced successfully by many thousands of people throughout the world. 

The process we use is based on  the philosophy that thought is creative.  This breathing releases stored emotions and thoughts from the body/mind helping us access the part of the brain which stimulates memory.  By learning to breathe energy consciously in the presence of a trained Breathwork professional such as myself, it's possible to uncover and release limiting thought patterns from our past. We can receive tremendous benefits discovering how current negative issues originated from decisions we made early in our lives.  Breathing in "high quality thoughts" (affirmations) while breathing out the negative ones can produce positive and lasting changes in your life.  All it takes is to lie down, relax and breathe in this special way - you could have the most marvelous experience in your life!

Q "What is this type of therapeutic Breathwork?"
A It is a body-centered therapy that uses a gentle yet powerful breathing technique to help activate and release stored stress, pain, and emotional trauma of all degrees. The results are often profound as this process works directly at the core of these issues whether conscious or unconscious. The alternative healing process also includes identifying limiting beliefs that are formed before, during, and after birth. ) This Breathwork can effectively reverse such beliefs bringing about changes that may have been previously difficult to achieve. It creates space in your life for joy, love, health, prosperity and functional relationships. This Healing Breathwork is recognized as a powerful, efficient healing method worldwide.
 
Q "How does it work?"
A       Conscious Breathing works predominately through a simple breathing process called "conscious connected breathing" or circular breathing". This technique, through the breath, brings in more life force energy than one is normally used to having in their body. This extra life force energy may appear in the body as heat, pressure, cold, tingle, "electrical currents", vibration and other body sensations. Specific areas of the body may become activated as this force flows through, bringing to awareness all the areas in the body/mind that are blocked. Emotions and memories may now safely surface about these blocks for the purpose of release. There may be areas of our lives that are currently not working due to these long ago blocked areas. Once released, our lives "magically" seem to change. People frequently report significant changes on long standing issues.
 
Q "What can I expect in a Holistic Life-coaching session?"
A Each session involves an hour consultation in followed by an hour of conscious breathing. Initially we will discuss what's going on your life, what's working & what's not working.  From there we'll look for patterns in your life where this has occurred repeatedly.  From there we'll work backwards & discuss what you know about your birth, childhood, and family patterns. We'll see how that deeply-based information may be affecting your life. We will discuss your current issues from the perspective of resolving them by changing your unconscious beliefs. The second hour you are coached and guided in a gentle rhythmic breathing pattern in which the inhale is connected to the exhale without pausing. Identifying and dissolving negative, suppressed feelings and thoughts allows us to replace them with positive feelings as well as with thoughts of self-esteem and love.

To accelerate the work you'll accomplish during our session,  I'll give you tools to use, lifestyle changes. If these suggestions are followed they will help speed up the healing and releasing process greatly. By the time of the next appointment, you will have progressed much more and may be able to go to a deeper level of healing than without the extra in-between work.
 
Q "How many sessions do you recommend and how often?"
A I recommend at least 10 sessions to see the greatest & quickest changes. You may schedule your appointments every week to every 2-3 weeks. I don't recommended going longer than a month because the benefits of the sessions decrease greatly. The optimum is a session every 1 to 2 weeks. I believe you will see the greatest change with this schedule. The purpose of this is to build a relationship of trust between us and to maintain that relationship long enough to realize and integrate the cumulative results.
 
Q "Is this Healing Breathwork safe?"
A Conscious connected breathing is an extremely safe and gentle alternative healing process.  It's natural because you're using your own breath. I've had clients as young as 7 years old and as old as 82, a quadriplegic woman and people with asthma.  So this work is for most people, but if you have heart or respiratory problems I suggest that you check with your doctor first.  You can have her or him call me to discuss your condition.
 
Q "What is an LRT Trained Breathworker?"
A I am an LRT Trained Breathworker. It's a Breathworker who has had extra advanced training, in my case, the 9-month training with Tony LoMastro, Maureen Malone, Kelly Walden, Debi Miller and Sondra Ray at the Philadelphia/New York Breathwork Center.
 
Q "How much do sessions cost?
A Life-coaching sessions usually last 2 1/4 hours and are $130. Breathing-only sessions lasting one hour are $80. Phone Life-coaching sessions lasting one hour are $80.  I see clients in my office or via Skype.   I appreciate a 24 hour cancellation notice.

Q      "Do you work with corporate clients?
A      I am available for corporate "Lunch & Learn" 30-minute talks for $50.  I am also available      for group breathing sessions and workshops on various life-enriching topics, such as :
