The Nashville Breathworker Training Program is an advanced personal training and a professional development program. The benefits of this training are infinitely expandable. It heightens and accelerates our personal awareness and aliveness. This training enhances your professional abilities and gives you the opportunity to experience Breathwork while teaching you the theories and principles behind it.

You will learn the art and science of the breath and receive valuable information on strengthening your relationship with yourself, and coaching others. You will develop your intuition as you acquire important skills and knowledge.

In a supportive atmosphere, you will have the opportunity to experience 2 different techniques of Breathwork, hands on. You will also be given the necessary information for becoming a Breath Coach.

• Our "Personal Lie" and how to undo it
• How to rebirth from intuition (the art)
• How to rebirth from intellect (science)
• Sacredness of Rebirthing
• Obstetrician syndrome and how it impacts our lives
• How our birth effect our lives and relationships - Detailed descriptions of births and common preverbal decisions people make about them
• Physical immortality and choice
• The power of Forgiveness and how to use it to change our lives forever

There will be 2 group rebirths during the weekend to experience!
